Danilo Couto from Brazil, who now lives on the North Shore of O'ahu, is one of the founding members of BWRAG (Big Wave Risk Assessment Group) and one of the first to paddle into Jaws at a respectable size, winning the 2011 XXL "Ride of the Year" award.
